| Connections/Distances The Eighth King of Rome is easily reached from Termini Central Station with trams no 14 or no 5 in 10-15 minutes. Tram no 19 takes you to Porta Maggiore, the neighbourhood of San Lorenzo, the Verano cemetery (you never know when you might need it…) Regina Margherita boulevard, the Parioli neighbourhood and Risorgimento square (Saint Peter’s cathedral). Bus no 81- when it turns up – takes you to the heart of Rome through the most beautiful path: San Giovanni in Laterano, Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Bocca della Verità, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona/Pantheon, Lungo Tevere di Castel Aant Angelo then Risorgimento square. Bus no 810 links you to Piazza Venezia passing by Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano, Via Merulana, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali. Bus no 105 takes you to Termini Central Station but with a longer trip. From midnight on, bus no 12 (Termini Central Station terminal)
